This is an appeal from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff. Defendant county of Santa Clara states in its notice of appeal that it is also appealing from orders denying a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, denying a motion for new trial, and denying a motion of nonsuit.
